Single shot 30mls served in a demitasse cup or shot glass.
Double shot in a tulip cup floated on top of hot water.
Single shot 30mls topped with velvety milk creating a 1cm foam cap served in a tulip cup.
Double shot 60mls topped with velvety milk like flat white creating a 1cm cap.
Single shot 30mls topped with velvety milk creating a 2cm dome cap. Garnish with chocolate or cinnamon.
Means ‘restricted’. Short black that is stopped at approx 15mls so it is purely the essence of the shot.
Short black marked with approx a tsp of milk foam dropped in the centre.
Single shot poured over a heaped Teaspoon of hot chocolate powder and stirred. Top with velvety milk in cappuccino style.
Add one heaped tblspn in the bottom of a cup or glass, add a small amount of water, dissolve then add steamed velvety milk, garnish with marshmallows.
Add 30mls Goodness Chai syrup in a Latte glass/cup, add steamed velvety Latte milk, garnish with cinnamon and serve.
