We stand behind the quality of our products and service. Our deliveries are carefully packaged and inspected before leaving our warehouse. However in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below.
Returns and Exchanges
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase for any refunds.
Delivery costs of the original purchase and the return by the standard delivery method will be at the customers cost.
Items returned must be in original condition, unused and within all unopened packaging.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been scanned on board our courier.
General Items
Most orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
We always try to have items available online in-stock, availability is displayed on the item page. In the unlikely event that an item is purchased via our web-store but is not in stock, we will call you immediately to arrange full refund or discuss lead time on the item.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We deliver NZ wide. If you spend over $80.00 we offer free shipping. Excluding Rural
The freight charges for all orders under $80.00 is a flat fee $8.00. Excluding Rural.
Rural is charged at $5.50 per order
Orders should arrive 1-3 working days after dispatch. Please allow an extra 1-3 days for rural delivery. Also it may take a few extra working days around public holidays especially during the Christmas period.
If your order has not arrived in the specified time frame please contact us.
Large commercial equipment may incur a delivery fee. If you would like to discuss delivery options for large equipment, feel free to email us or give us a call on 03 445 0808.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Our carriers cannot deliver to Post Office boxes, as a result we require a physical delivery address.
Damages
Coffee and Equipment is not liable for any products damaged or lost items during shipping, but will liaise with the courier company to rectify damages. If your package arrives damaged please note this damage when signing.
You cannot claim for damaged goods if a package has been signed for in good order. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend that you take photos of the damage and packaging as this will record the time and date and also evidence of the damage.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of New Zealand.

Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your personal information with any other 3rd party.
Technical Errors
In the unlikely event of a technical malfunction resulting in an item being listed at an incorrect price we reserve the right to amend an order. We will contact you to discuss a satisfactory solution.
WE do not store any credit card information. When making a purchase you will be directed to STRIPE (stripe.com) a secure website to enter your payment details. This ensures that the information submitted is secure and cannot be accessed by unauthorised users.
